An Actuary by trade, Riddhi has eight years of pension and international benefits consulting experience that she brought to AT&T in December 2015. Using the communication, analytical and client services experience from consulting, she’s applied those skills in influencing new health & welfare benefits programs touching AT&T’s one million employees, retirees and their dependents before moving on to her current role as Director of Labor Support where leads a diverse team of high caliber individuals who support union negotiations for 30+ contracts covering 250k AT&T bargained employees and their dependents. Riddhi graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with bachelor’s degrees in both mathematics and economics. She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and an Enrolled Actuary (EA). Riddhi lives in Dallas, but is often gone on weekends exploring new cities in and outside the US. When she is in Dallas, she enjoys practicing yoga, hiking and trying new restaurants.
